I’ve known Nate since his days at Toyota Oakland, and he was able to help me get a great deal on my new Toyota Camry Hybrid with the help of Emerson and Julissa. The whole process was smooth, easy, and stress-free. Everyone was helpful, answered all my questions, and made everything simple from start to finish. I Love coming to Toyota Marin for all my services and I’ve been doing them with them for 4 years! I live across the Richmond- San Rafael bridge and I always find it worth it to go drop my car off at Toyota Marin because their service, support, staff and team are always so kind and supportive. For instance, I always make an appointment with them to do my oil change and over the weekend I didn’t make an appointment because of the last minute I decided to do service on my car. I went in and told them I was a walk in and apologized that I didn’t make an appointment. They said no problem just leave the car to us and we’ll have it ready soon. I was expecting a 3-4 hour wait but NOPE, they had it ready in an hour!! And I truly just appreciate their service and dedication to make the customer happy. Overall, they are a wonderful team and shoutout to Richard that was the person that helped me. Thank you Toyota Marin, you guys are amazing!!

Truly this review is specific to George in service. He went above and beyond to think out of the box and come up with a much-needed solution for me when my car broke down on mother's day. It was good old-fashioned empathic, caring, genuine true service. Something that seems missing these days. I had to share :)

Was looking for a new charger I found a car sent a message to see if it was still available Alex was the person who contacted me within minutes I explained to him my situation being that I just had a car stolen last week I had zero down he told me to be patient and see what he can do we set a appointment for Saturday morn but I ended up coming Friday after 5 o’clock which he waited He was very honest about the car note that I wanted. But he was able to give me my car for zero down he was also able to lower the car notes …. After a number Tug-of-war signing the paperwork was easy I wasn’t able to take my car home due to the fact that I had a rental and I had to be at work at 9:30pm i rescheduled for the sat 9am …. At around 8:30 AM I receive the call that he was on his way to the dealership and sadly the back window had some issues so I was not able to get my car but Alex got me a rental car he drove it to me so that I would have transportation this you young man is only 24. Thanks Alex

They were very busy that day, but looked at my tire and eventually realized it wasn’t repairable. Spoke to me,replaced the tire and at a reasonable cost.

Bought a new beautiful Toyota ( and extended warranty ) with Michael B. What a great first car shopping experience! Highly recommend reaching out to Michael B at Toyota Marin for your next Toyota purchase!!! ************2.5 year update. ********* I’ve always had great customer service at Toyota Marin, so was a bit thrown off with this experience. My infotainment system was acting up. I called to schedule an appointment. Appointment was made for the following day. The woman on the phone said we’d waive the diagnostic fee becuase they couldn’t find my $5,000 warranty I paid for 99,999 miles. Anyways I get there a bit before 7:00 am. And wait. Jorge says he is helping me. I give him my info and he starts asking questions to which I am answering with as much detail as possible. (I don’t think appreciated that.) He went on to tell me the diagnostic was $398 What!? So I mentioned that they said it would be waived and he said “we don’t do that” I said I spoke to a woman on the phone yesterday . . . He said again that’s not possible. I said I didn’t have $400 to fix a problem that my warranty should cover and that seemed like a factory setting error. He then said “honey, listen” after calling me my name 2-3 times. So he knew my name wasn’t honey. I then found a female associate, who said usually only one female answers the phone. She went and talked to her. She came out of her office and said “listen Mike and I approved it” . . . I wanted to carry on with getting my car fixed. So I got help from another gentleman. Who was super kind. They factory reset my car and it’s been working like a dream since. Love the customer service for the most part at Toyota Marin. Never had a problem until Jorge didn’t know how to speak to a female when he was wrong. 🤦♀️

Absolutely the most courteous and helpful employees, professional and friendly. I always go to Marin Toyota for service, although I live in San Francisco. I highly recommend Marin Toyota not only for their service, but also for purchasing vehicles. I purchased a 2020 Camry from Keith and also 2024 Rav4.

Staff from Toyota of Marin is, friendly, supportive, straightforward in explaining what is needed and laid out options as deemed important and car owner-based decisions to obtain satisfactory results. Nothing better could be asked and wanted for more in this particular excellent maintenance visit. Thank you Toyota of Marin for having us helped with the right person that day. Will surely be coming back and highly recommend Toyota of Marin to all vehicle owners for maintenance need.
