I had such an exceptionally positive experience with Pablo, one of the dealers at Toyota Marin, when I leased my first car there recently. He is a true professional, extremely smart and knowledgeable, personable (speaks both Spanish and English), approachable, and goes out of his way to find you the right car for your needs at the best possible price. I really felt like he had my best interests in mind, and appreciated that he was so willing to patiently walk me through each step of the process, from the financing to how to charge my first EV and all of the many different functions of the vehicle. I was honestly so impressed by him as a human being overall- Toyota Marin is lucky to have him onboard, and you'll be lucky to have the chance to do business with him.

Excellent service and good communication

Had a really good experience with the team at Toyota Marin getting my 2026 Tacoma TRD Pro. From the start, they took the time to understand what actually mattered to me and understanding what features were priorities, and where I didn’t need to overdo it. Once we dialed in the specs, they were able to source exactly what I was looking for faster than I expected, which I appreciated given how hard these trucks can be to find. The financing and purchase process was smooth and efficient. Most of it was handled virtually, and when I came in to pick up the truck, I was in and out in under an hour, no wasted time, no pressure. Overall, just a very straightforward, professional experience. Big thanks to the team. I’m looking forward to working with them again and sending more business their way.

Daryl Lomogda & Jonathan Lora were great to work with. They sent me all the information, were very honest and straight forward with the process, and were able to make the deal happen. I flew from SoCal (400 miles away) to pick up the car, and drove it 8 hours home. Daryl made sure to have the car already through detail by the time I got there and Jonathan got it charged up the night before. I would 100% recommend working with them both.

The people in this service department have always been great! I have been going here for years. However, I called early one day and got a machine that called itself "tom" and presented itself as human. It was not able to help me and no amount of programed platitudes could make up for the fact that it could not understand my issue or help me. I hope the Toyota management continue to invest in real people and not insert automation in between the customer and the service department.

I had a wonderful experience at Toyota Marin this past week. Erik was the service advisor who worked with me. He was kind, informative, helpful, and patient. I also had the pleasure of utilizing the Toyota Free Shuttle service during the day while my car was being worked on. Vitelio, the shuttle driver, was friendly, efficient, and gave me a smooth ride to and from my lunch destination. I highly recommend getting your vehicle serviced at Toyota Marin!
