Efficient , got to use warantee, job complete when parts arrived and inspection showed a couple id small things that needed correction

The friendliest, most knowledgeable, no-pressure, and seamless sales team I’ve ever seen. They employ the right amount of follow-up: not too little and not too much. It’s almost as though they reach out when you were picking up your phone to contact them! They know each car’s stats off the top of their head; new or used, every car on the lot. They broke the mold on the old way of buying cars and adapted to the modern person’s values and time constraints. Truly exceptional!

Between years 2015 & 2025, I have made a total of 5 phenomenal car deals with Nate, Lockwood, Emerson and yesterday did car deal #6 with Dev. All these guys working together in one amazing dealership keeps me coming back for more. It does not matter what ur financial situation is, or how complicated ur wishes are, come see this guys. These guys continue to make the car sign-offs simple, fun, and done in three hours. I drove an hour and across the brisge to get this Capstone Tundra, but it was extremely worth it as always. They trained Dev very well and this guy took care of me bcuz of their leadership. I urge you to buy ur next TOY from Toyota Of Marin. Look for any of the guys i just mentioned. The whole experience was terrific. From the moment i came in to the dealership Denise handled my case with a friendly and joyful demeanor. i took a nice walk while waiting for my car, so the location is great. The mechanic sent me a video showing what he’d done with the car and 2 hours later i was driving back home. Couldn’t have asked for more.
